I performed these in a way like I was going to do thrusters. I kept my chest up, my elbows were not so far forward, and I tried to explode through the top.
Tabata Overhead Squats (45#)
I kept track of my total number over the 8 rounds. During the last 2 intervals my right shoulder gave out and I dropped the bar on my face about 10 seconds in. That was fun.
