Training - 11/27/10

Shoulder Press 5x2


It's been forever since I've done these! It felt kind of weird.

4 Rounds:
25 Push Press (95#)
15 Toe to Bars

I didn't keep track on this one again because I'm still feeling that Thanksgiving food! I didn't go slow though. The first 3 rounds were all unbroken.

50 Pushups

100 Hand Grips
