Training - 11/18/10

I woke up this morning with a bad cough, so I debated whether or not I should do this today. In the end, stubbornness won and I did it anyway. My lungs were on fire after the second one! I was aiming for 2:40-2:50 every time, and I might have been able to if I paced myself a little better.
